CONSTANT HEALTH CARE AND WELLNESS SERVICES was founded on the belief that quality home health care does not only consist of professional and skillful training of its staff. It must also entail companionship and sincere care towards each client. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and at the same time improve quality of life for the chronically ill and mobility impaired patients in the following counties which we serve:

- Union
- Hudson
- Passaic
- Bergen
We serve to help each client and their families in adjusting to health conditions. As much as we can, we give hope for recovery or, at the very least, effective management of chronic pain and adverse symptoms.
Because our services are provided at home, patients can benefit from the closeness of family. The family provides the healthy and supportive environment needed by the client during such difficult health struggles. Our job is to assist in all other aspects of care and to supervise the client’s health and well-being under the direction of their physician.
